SEB National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) Notification 2019-20

Gujarat NTSE 2018 – 2019- State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT) is going to conduct the second level of National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) Examination for the class X. The Unofficial answer key of Gujarat NTSE 2018 – 2019 Stage- I for Class X has been released. Gujarat NTSE 2018 application form, admit card, exam date, result date and other information are mentioned below

NTSE Results 2020: All states and UTs will release the NTSE 2020 result for stage 1 between January and March 2020. The result will be declared in the online mode in the form of a merit list. The list will contain the roll numbers and other details of those candidates who have successfully cleared the stage 1 of NTSE 2020.

National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) will declare NTSE 2020 Stage II result in September 2020 in the online mode. Candidates who appear for NTSE exam on May 10, 2020, can check their results on the official website of NCERT. Also, merit lists of Stage II qualified candidates for each category will be declared by NCERT. A total of 2000 NTSE scholarships will be awarded by NCERT this year.

NTSE Stage II exam result 2020
The NTSE Stage II result will be based on combined scores of MAT and SAT. The candidates who will qualify the stage 2 of the scholarship exam by NTSE will be informed separately through a registered letter and, also the NTSE stage 2 exam results will be available online.

The candidates will also be provided the provisional result of NTSE 2020 stage 2 examination, scanned copies of their OMR sheets for both papers. The candidates will be able to check their NTSE stage 2 result through the link provided by NCERT and they need to enter their roll numbers and date of birth to login. The result will mention separate scores as well as the combined score for MAT and SAT paper.

The merit list of NTSE stage II will mention candidates' names, their father's name, and roll numbers. It will not mention scores or ranks for the stage II exam of NTSE.

The result of NTSE stage 2 exam will be processed in online mode only and NCERT makes sure that there is no discrepancy in processing the results. Therefore, NCERT will not consider any request for re-checking/re-evaluating the results if any candidate finds any inaccuracy in the scoring of the NTSE stage 2 exam.
